Insurance Auto Auctions Opens Third Location in South Carolina

Westchester, Ill. — Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc. (IAA), the leading live and live-online salvage auto auction company and wholly owned subsidiary of KAR Auction Services, Inc. (NYSE: KAR), today announced the opening of its Columbia, South Carolina, branch location and marks its continued expansion in the Southeast.

Instead of building from the ground up, IAA determined that enhancing and repurposing the existing facility, which housed a former truss manufacturing business, offered plenty of options and capacity.
