KAR Auction Services Recognized as a 2020 Women on Boards Winning ‘W’ Company in 2014
Carmel, Ind. — KAR Auction Services, Inc. (NYSE: KAR), a provider of used vehicle auction services, announced today that it has been selected by Winning Companies as a 2020 Women on Boards Winning ‘W’ Company in 2014. KAR Auction Services CEO Jim Hallett made the announcement.
Winning Companies recognizes the importance of board diversity, and highlights companies that have 20 percent or more women on their board of directors. KAR Auction Services currently has two women serving on its board, Donna Ecton and Lynn Jolliffe.
