Brad Herring | EVP & Chief Financial Officer

Brad Herring, executive vice president and chief financial officer, leads all financial, reporting, and investor-facing functions across OPENLANE, including the company’s capital investment strategy. A skilled financial operator, Herring is charged with leveraging OPENLANE’s market-leading technology solutions and data-rich environment to drive performance and accountability, while accelerating growth and enhancing value for both customers and stockholders.

Herring brings over 30 years of experience in financial operations, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, public company reporting, and business development within large and complex organizations. Most recently, he served as CFO for digitally-forward companies Enfusion and Shift4 Payments. Prior to that, he held financial leadership roles at Elavon, Fiserv’s Digital Banking Group, Equifax, Delta Air Lines, and ING North America, where he demonstrated a strong track record in improving financial and operational performance, increasing visibility and strengthening investor relations.

Herring holds a bachelor of arts degree in business management and economics and a master of business administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
