What has your journey at OPENLANE looked like?
I joined the company in December 2017 and worked in different positions, making my journey quite dynamic. Currently, I work in cyber security.
What are you most proud of during your time at OPENLANE?
I have the opportunity to implement cost-saving measures, but in doing so, I also play a role in preserving valuable job positions. That’s definitely what I’m most proud of.
What do you like most about working at OPENLANE?
How we all embrace change. With new ways of thinking and continuous technological advancements, we are becoming a company that welcomes and encourages new ideas.
To you, what does it mean to be a Driven Waybuilder?
It means to have the courage to innovate, cultivate the path and provide solutions to current or previous challenges.
What does being co-lead of LGBTQ+ at OPENLANE mean to you?
Being a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand that my interactions with people are going to leave an impression, not just about me but the community itself.
At OPENLANE, we play the role of ambassadors for those who typically don’t interact with individuals in the community. However, it’s truly rewarding to educate and engage with those who may find a sense of belonging a challenge.
