What has your journey at OPENLANE looked like?
I joined OPENLANE in 2008 as a Title Coordinator. However, my passion for customer service moved me to the CX Team, where I now focus on training our customer support agents.
What is something that you are most proud of during your time here?
Being able to support the company during its transitions and acquisitions. Whether it is system integrations or merging marketplaces, I’m proud of the part my role plays in navigating these changes.
Which of our company values resonates most with you?
Relentless Curiosity aligns heavily with my personal values and goes hand-in hand with being a Driven Waybuilder. I enjoy comprehending the analytical side of processes while focusing on continuous improvement.
What do you like the most about OPENLANE?
The people create such a positive experience. Working at OPENLANE, I’ve built relationships and found strong support systems. Also, collaborating with various departments, and seeing how everyone works together to keep us moving forward. Watching how each department has an integral part to our success has also made my job more fulfilling.
What do you like most about our culture?
The leadership! They motivate their teams to make an impact and encourage growth. They push for personal development, which I truly appreciate.
What is the best career advice you’ve ever heard?
“Venture outside your comfort zone and be open to change.” As things evolve, adapting is critical. And maintaining a positive attitude throughout change is equally important!
