Life at OPENLANE: Q&A with Stephanie Myers, Senior Manager, Customer Solutions

Stephanie Myers, Sr. Customer Solutions Manager, tells us the best parts of OPENLANE, her favorite part about being a Waybuilder, and most importantly — who she’d choose on her team for a Zombie Apocalypse.

What has your journey at OPENLANE looked like? 

I started as a Customer Service Rep at OPENLANE and have advanced in my career to my current position as a Senior Customer Solutions Manager.

What are you most proud of during your time here?

I would have to say designing and implementing a structured training program that equips incoming employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

What do you like the most about working at OPENLANE? 

I appreciate the support we have for each other. Everyone is willing to help, either by lending support or connecting them with someone who can help.

What would you say is your favorite part about our culture?

For me, again it’s the support. Everyone genuinely cares and wants to see each other succeed.

Which of our company values resonates most with you? 

While empathy is a core value in my department, I’d say Fearless Ownership describes me the best. I take responsibility for any challenge, always approaching situations knowing that I am going to do the best that I can. If I need help, I know I have support along the way.

You can have three people on your zombie apocalypse team – who are they? 

Oh, that’s an easy choice  – The Rock, Kevin Hart and Adam Sandler. If it’s the end and I know zombies are going to get me, I want to go out laughing!
