What has your journey at CarsArrive looked like?
I was referred to the company by a friend. I started as a rep in September 2019. After nine months, my leaders promoted me to a team lead position.
What is something you are most proud of during your time with CarsArrive?
My team. There has been so much change in the past few years in the industry – but the team has been so flexible and positive. Just hearing a customer call or email in to talk positively about someone on my team makes my day.
What do you like the most about working at CarsArrive?
There is a lot of autonomy with how we provide the best experience for each customer. So I really value that ability to be creative in the solutions we offer.
What’s a piece of advice for newcomers to the company?
In this industry, there are a lot of nuances and things are always changing. So don’t get discouraged if you don’t figure something out right away. Ask questions and find a mentor.
What’s your favorite aspect of customer service?
Creating that relationship with the customer. There are a lot of dealers who will want to continue to speak to a specific team member directly. If you provide them with good service, they will continually reach out to you specifically. That’s something I value very much.
